Hi All,
I just moved my service and executed a new contract which seems to have reset my contract to 36months starting from 1/24/2014.
However when I asked to terminate the connection, since I am within in 30 day window, I was told that this not possible since 30 day termination clause does not apply to transfer. I am unable to find such wording in SOA or in the terms and conditions at:

Did anyone come across this issue?. I would like to cancel my service or at-least have the contract set the remaining term that is only 4 months.
