[Speed] Blast service with intermittent speeds/connectivity & resets

I posted some of this on the comcast direct thread a couple of days ago. They are sending a tech to the house but wanted to get the communities input on what may be happening.... Long Introduction: Comcast customer for several years and have recently for the past two weeks had terrible connectivity and speed issues with my services at my home. Several call, chats, etc with comcast and I am now here. Here is a visual screen shot of what my connection did for 8 hours yesterday evening. This is pretty much what it has done all week. I get great service to no almost no service. Also, this test will throw out all tests that do not finish an upload test and it threw out 5 of them in those 8 hours because it couldn't even establish a connection. [att=1] Here is a short quick history of my issues........ 2 weeks ago: 2 weeks ago I started having speed and connectivity issues. I would have perfect pings, upload and download speeds for hours, then I would drop to 0mbs to a quarter of my provisioned speed down and and only have .XX up (yes POINT XX up. Then an hour later the connection would go back to normal. 1 week ago: Last week when chatting about the same issues using a cellular hotspot and doing all the regular tests and trouble shooting I decided to have the tech upgrade me to BLAST service. I knew it wouldn't fix the problem but it was something I wanted to do anyways. Unfortunately I had to chat again to get them to re-provision the modem to get the new speeds an of course the same problem came back up again. Issue: Friday: -I chatted again about my issues with a tech and did the normal troubleshooting/etc. Still no long term solution availed. On Saturday I went and exchanged my modem at the tallahassee comcast building. I had a new arris tg862 gateway but got an arris 722 etma which is fine with me because it keeps me from having to have them bridge it every time I have to do a full reset on the modem so I can use DDNS and VPN. Issue: Saturday: -Still the same issues with new modem. I get higher than blast speeds up and down with good pings and then it drops completely and comes back and then the same issues. I chat and am told signals look good an no other problems seen on the line. As you can see in the screen shots below, there is definitely something going on with node with all the uncorrectable codeword errors Issue: Sunday Night into monday morning: -Alarm panel wakes me up beeping to let me know primary phone communications are down and it has switched to backup cellular backup at 4am. A look at the modem logs has T3's, T5, and total reboot of the modem. I had alarm company switch service to primary cellular and IP phone backup just in case this happens again. [att=2] Misc. screen shots over the last few days: [att=3] [att=4] [att=5] [att=6] [att=7] Equipment: I have two macbook pros, 2 windows 8 laptops, 2 tablets, a roku, XBox One, etc. ALL of them have the same issues with either of the two modems I discussed. Connection: While the screen shots were taken via a wireless connection, I can repeat the same results over and over again directly connected to the modem. Wiring: Modem is connected directly to an outside drop in my garage at a distribution panel. Cable does NOT connect to distro panel. It only passes thru there in the wall. It is a direct connection from the drop that runs under the ground directly to my modem. There are No splitters, amps, surge protectors, wall plates, etc. The wiring is RG6 Quad Shield terminated with professional compression fittings. The terminal never sees the weather. The connection to modem is simply a single wire from the street into the modem about 4' into the house. THOUGHTS????? I think there is an issue either from the outside of the drop on my house, the main connection 2 doors down in my neighbors yard, an amp on the node, or wiring in between. What do you think? They want to send a tech to check signals because they think there is noise on the line causing the modem to get out of sync due to the T3's and it maybe a splitter......But I don't have no stinking splitters....anywhere..... any thoughts/help is greatly appreciated.
