A few months ago, it seemed like Comcast started throttling certain sites I use for work and download from a lot. I ran some tests downloading files using my service and my neighbor service (also Comcast).
Using my service, I get about .3M down, using my neighbor's I get 2.5M down. I had the IT guys at work checked the bandwidth and there is a lot of bandwidth remaining, so it is not my work.
I also downloaded a file from Apple, and there I get 2.5M down using my service.
Some other items worth nothing:
-I was not getting throttling
-Between my wife and I, we use less than 50GB a month
-Restarting modem and router did not help
Any advise to help get this resolved would be appreciated. I have a feeling if I call Comcast, they will blame the work servers.
