Our service in SE GA is periodically disrupted. Example: between 15:09 & 15:37 yesterday and 03:31 and 06:05 this morning. A service call was requested and the tech reported "all OK" on Tuesday, 11/02. It's not. The modem is a Motorola MB7621 and is provisioned for 400/20 (we usually get 400/4-5).
Anyone have any thoughts? Comcast tech support is useless. Wondering if could be a modem issue? (It's running on a good quality [not modified square wave] UPS.)
