I just got a look at next month's Comcast (Xfinity) bill and noticed it was $2.25 cheaper than it has been. I found that...odd. Then I looked at my bill and saw what's in the picture below. I made no changes to my account at all this year on my own. I saw nothing about any forthcoming changes regarding any "credit". My bill has been $100 for a long time now ever since I switched to gigabit. So can someone tell me how a "discount" has a positive charge on a bill? There is some serious WTFery going on here that I just can't figure out for the life of me.
From the way this is listed, my bill looks like it would go up $10, not down. As mentioned earlier, my bill has been $100 since I switched to gigabit. For several months after the switch, we got paper bills sent here. Then Comcast went paperless without even asking us. Our bill remained $100 (no discount despite what they apparently showed us?). The whole thing looks unbelievably fishy and something really stinks here. I mean, this is next level fishy.
Anyone got any clue what the hell is going on?
