How do you get the enterprise services division to call you back?! We've been trying to get MetroE at our building, our whole town is wired for it, there are a few buildings near us that already have it, yet when we send a request to them, they never get back to us... even calling them ends up with a we will get back to you, then nothing... we're paying $5,500 a month right now for 6Mbit internet on 4 bonded DS-1's... and can't go higher even though Verizon has a fiber line into our building, all they will sell us is T-1's... This isn't a small business, and its a 7 story building to be fully serviced by the connection.. Anyone ever talk to enterprise services that could give some idea on how to get them to talk to you?
