Totally Confused with New Speeds and Pricing . . .

Got CHSI Dec 4, 2011, and the billing was totally hosed from day one. Originally got the Blast tier and had a personal rep that was suppose to be taking care of me. After months of trying to sort out billing issues, she failed and disappeared. Well 6 months later and seriously past due on bills that no one knew what should be paid, I got a new rep (/Genius) that not only fixed it all but gave me a great price for the year. Speeds have been great but now I see since all this brouhaha going on that although all has long been "fixed", I'm on the Performance Tier now and have no idea what to expect. My neighbor got Tripleplay and hated it, so they pulled back to just Internet and say their speed is amazing. I have yet to check it out. Over the past weeks I have noticed my speed has dropped, and my billing is creeping up $5 every month of two and I have no idea what to expect. Will my speed eventually go up to at least where it was, or show the 33% increase that the eMail that I got last week "exclaimed it would" or will my pricing go down to what I have seen listed on the Comcast site for the Performance Tier? I was told when the end of my year of getting things fixed, which is close to being up, to call the rep back and we'll revisit what might be available for me. Well that'll be end of June. But I'm leery in contacting anyone too soon, but would like to know what to expect, where can I go, would even be up for changing service levels. But I was under the understanding that the "Performance" tier was increasing and as per the eMail it would increase by 33%. Now what is the basis for what the 33% is based on? Since all of this my speed has gone down and it sound like everyone else's has gone up. Any info, ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. . . . fb
