Hello guys,
I have been having packet loss problems for the past 3 days, when I call Comcast (I have call them every day since the issues) there has been an automatic message saying there's some problems affecting my area. The same message is on every day...
Could it be that something big has happened and they haven't been able to fix it in 3 days? There's no issues during the day but at night it's impossible to use internet.
Any of you in Miami, FL experiencing the same thing?
