Ok. SO i signed up with business class to lift the 250GB cap off my residential cap a couple of years back. A couple of years later Comcast does these new free upgrades and lifts the 250GB cap on the Resential services for the time being. Business Class does not have any future plans on upgrading thier customers with the same upgrades or any upgrades. I like the new upgrades and they are available in my area but i have the Business Class Blast service that im binded to with a contract. I have about 6 months left.
Question
A business Comcast Rep told me that the main difference is you are sharing the same bandwidth with everyone in your tier with residential service unlike Business class you have all that bandwidth dedicated to your line.
Is this true?
