For the past few days, I've been dealing with some packet loss problems, and Comcast seems unwilling to help me. The reps I've talked to (Both chat and phone) both insist that their tool says I have 0 packet loss, and that things are normal. (Was even told that packet loss is normal during afternoon hours) My ping has been fine, however. Due to the loss though, playing online games is a pain.
I've posted in the Comcast direct forum as well to see if they can help, but I think they've pretty much abandoned that. I've sent emails, and other methods of contact, but I don't think I'll hear back, or if I do, they'll just tell me to unplug/replug.
