[Speed] How to prove that I am being throttled

Hey guys, I apologize if there is a topic similar to this; however, I know that this could be a case by case situation. Lately, I have noticed that my internet connection has been crappy. I am paying for 105/20 and have a hard time streaming 2 video at once. I of course have devices connected directly from my modem and wirelessly ( they are never all being used at once, it's just my brother and I who live together). I have noticed that it doesn't matter if it is wireless or directly connected; I still have issues. I have my xbox as my media hub in my living room. If I am watching a movie on Netflix, while my brother watches a show on Amazon Instant Video on his desktop (both directly connected), the second video cannot achieve above a 360p quality. When I notice the issue, I run over to speedtest.net and still get maximum speeds. I don't think it could be any other issue if I am getting full speeds according to speedtest.net while I am streaming both videos. I contacted comcast and of course got the whole "i'll send a refresh signal to your modem because your signal is showing as red". It resets then "oh look, your signal is showing as green now!" Thanks, I'm capable of resetting my modem by myself and still get the issues. I wouldn't normally complain since I get a 105/20 connection, but with my speed, I should be able to stream videos from all of my devices at once in HD quality without issues. I can post whatever test results you guys want. [att=1]
